funerary cherub

This morning, a lovely grey veiling rain is falling on Sydney. My home is a haven. Today I am drawing. It is the last day of Winter. This chap stands sentinel on a grave in Bubenreuth cemetery. I wonder what sky he is under today.

We haven't had any appreciable rain here since July. I kind of miss it.

anaglyph: It is a good day.

malach: Frodo shaven, nuded up, and turned to marble.

mike: I'm wearing my Rosie Roo boots (colour as shown)

At least he's covering himself up. No one wants to see little cherub.

Not even me.

cuntie: He's fingering a nice flute.

Love the boots. Why am I not surprised that you aren't wearing plain black or yellow ones? :)

colonel: Those with hair (marble or otherwise) coif with care.

chickie; These are the ones I see you in.

Nice tune, but can we dance to it? And can we dance to it in Rosie Roo boots?

[aside- here in Massachusetts, usa, we have the Boston Marathon, one of the countries premier marathons. Your "Rosie Roo boots remind me of Rosie Ruiz, surprise winner of the marathon many years ago, who was stripped of her crown after it was proven she took the last five miles on the subway...]

Go Rosie!

If you walk up to the cherub and ask him what's doing today he'll say nothing.
