St Kilda palms


Melbourne here I come. I'm singing The Marriage of Figaro at Federation Square on Saturday, if any of you want to pop over.

Those palms remind me of the "Big W" in "It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad World"...

If'n we had frequent flyer miles, we'd be there.

Thanks for asking, colonel. It was brilliant. And when all the lights were turned out for Earth Hour, people in the Square had candles & little penlight torches. We got them to sing "What Shall We Do With The Drunken Sailor" and "Waltzing Matilda".

My trip is going to be quite short - mid May for 12 days in New York. I'll bring a tube of Vegemite to post to you.
