This is a guelder-rose in the garden of Schatzi's parents in Bubenreuth.

Do Paddymelons eat them?

I want to run through your wicked garden

Colonel: We'd have to bring the pademelon to Germany to eat the guelder-rose. Or maybe import guelder-rose seeds, grow a bush, then introduce the pademelon to the plant. It seems like a lot of effort, no?

malach: Be my guest, but watch out for pademelon dropping squishing between your bare toes.

Very lovely. I would have to rub the little flat flowers on my cheek.

Makes me long for warm weather! Does it have an old fashioned rose scent?

Cissy Strutt said...

chickie: They'd be cool and soft, yes?

sara sue: It has but a light fresh scent, not like a rose at all.

Reminds me of a Georgia O'Keefe painting.
