When I was a little girl, I thought my aunt's painted toenails were the height of thrilling sophistication.

Yellow was the colour of choice that my son chose to paint his nails. He now 'laughs his arse off' at the idea that that he had indulged at any genderbender beautification.

Miss Simons and I walked one day around an area to get the 'feel' and chanced upon a certain street and there was the 'Dogs In Space' house looking at us. Miss Simons said to me "I could live here". And so it came to pass. She did. Two doors down.
